The Comarch Commission & Incentive IT system enables the management of training as part of the functionality of sales network management. The managers have the possibility to commence training and set target groups, prepare knowledge tests and settle the costs of training.

Salesmen receive a list of available training together with detailed information regarding them. When they decide to  participate in the training and the application is approved by their superior, the User receives access to all training materials. The training ends with a  knowledge test, and the results are disclosed to the superior.
