Management of the business processes in Comarch Credit Process Management

Comarch Business Process Management is an integral part of the CCPM system, used for task flow management in the system.

CBPM is an IT solution which enables entire automation of business processes consisting of many stages, ones which are carried out repeatedly and in  accordance with strictly specified procedures (e.g. sales process, verification of documents, settling payments, processing payment orders or hiring new employees.) The user, with the help of a graphic tool (Process Designer – Wizard) can define the task flow in a given process, specify the range of  activities for every stage/step, add a system that supports carrying out a  certain work through configuration of services, allocate tasks to specific people and control their execution.

The module is compatible with the engines available on the market, such as  jBPM, FileNet and others.
