The data presented on the CAFE desktop encourages agents and units cooperating with the insurance company to use this tool on a daily basis.

The Agent receives up-to-date information on the collected premiums and commission which were calculated, as well as the current status of realization of the sales plan (together with the prognosis of the status of realization at the end of the settlement period).

Automatic reminders should be set in every agent’s diary, which will notify of the expiry of insurance policies as well as  of the arrears in customers’ payments.
