Comarch and Idea Bank signed a contract to implement and maintain the Comarch Commission & Incentive system.

Comarch Commission & Incentive is a solution streamlining commission settlements in the sales networks of banks, insurance companies and other institutions with extensive sales structures and complex incentive remuneration schemes.

The solution gathers in one place all the necessary information on a multi-channel sales network: data on organizational structures, competences and product authorizations of salespersons, their signed cooperation agreements and lists of completed trainings. Comarch Commission & Incentive allows for implementing any commission policy thanks to a flexible engine utilizing data from all the sources configured by the client including data on bank accounts, credits or cards. A comprehensive portal for the sales force not only presents key information about achieved and planned sales goals, but also makes it possible to issue settlement documents or handle potential complaint processes.

The key objective of Idea Bank is to shorten the process of calculating and approving commission statements as well as to centralize settlements from all sales channels. The Bank also expects that the implemented solution will contribute to cost reduction through efficient management of the commission policy.

'As part of the implementation we will perform the integration work and provide the client with a training and consulting package. With our support, Idea Bank employees will carry out the initial system configuration, so they can quickly familiarize themselves with its possibilities and smoothly take over running the system after the launch phase', says Maciej Ślósarczyk, Consulting Manager with Comarch’s Financial Services sector.

'The selection of Comarch Commission & Incentive confirms its maturity and competitiveness on the market. Idea Bank is by now the 19th financial institution deciding upon the implementation of our platform', concludes Przemysław Drzymala, Sales Director with Comarch’s Financial Services sector.
