We have concluded a year of breakthrough changes that resulted in historic financial success and a new growth strategy. In his latest extensive interview with "Puls Biznesu," the President of the Management Board of Comarch SA, Jarosław Mikos, summarizes the group's transformation process, forecasts double-digit growth, and explains why Comarch is currently among the European elite in AI utilization.

Record EBITDA and a Solid Order Backlog 

The past year was a time of intense optimization for Comarch, focusing on our core, most profitable business lines. The results of these actions are clearly visible in our hard financial data:

  • The company generated a record EBITDA of PLN 381 million (a 42% YoY increase).
  • Revenues from continuing operations rose to PLN 1.71 billion.
  • The order backlog value for the current year grew by over 30%, reaching PLN 1.94 billion.


"Over the past year, we have put a lot of effort into reorganizing our sales structures and acquiring orders. We capitalized on the organizational potential built over the years (...) This translated into such high contracting," emphasizes Jarosław Mikos in "Puls Biznesu."
