Comarch, a global IT solutions provider, has unveiled its 2025 Annual Report titled "The Comarch Guide to the AI Era." This publication serves as both a summary of a record-breaking year and a manifesto for the company’s transformation into an "AI-native" organization - a bold leap toward the technologies of tomorrow after three decades of continuous development.

The 2025 Report provides a comprehensive overview of:

  • The current product portfolio
  • Comarch’s strategic vision for growth powered by Artificial Intelligence
  • A summary of key financial performance indicators
  • Ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
  • An overview of the company’s major awards and market successes
  • AI as the Foundation and New Mission

In 2025, Artificial Intelligence transitioned from being a mere trend to becoming the bedrock of Comarch’s new strategy. This shift encompasses all business sectors - from ERP and loyalty systems to cloud infrastructure. Internally, the AI adoption rate has exceeded 70%, confirming that the organization is truly AI-driven.

Jarosław Mikos, President of the Management Board at Comarch SA, emphasizes: "Our mission is clear: we guide our clients through the AI era. We serve as their navigator in a world where technology takes center stage. As an AI-native organization, we don't just provide tools; we set the standards for efficiency in the new business reality."

Record Results and Stable Growth
The transformation and focus on high profitability have translated into historic financial achievements. Comarch closed 2025 with a record-breaking contract value of PLN 1.935 billion, representing a 30% year-on-year increase. The company’s revenue grew by 6% to PLN 1.714 billion, while EBITDA reached PLN 381 million, marking an impressive 42% growth.

Piotr Korycki, CFO of Comarch, notes: "The 2025 results demonstrate that we are the ideal partner to lead our clients to the top. Financial stability, combined with a new momentum for international scaling, allows us to look to the future with great optimism."

Pushing the Boundaries of Possibility
Through its strategic partnership with CVC Capital Partners, Comarch has gained access to global management standards while remaining true to its roots in Krakow. The company consistently pursues its ambition to stay one step ahead of the competition.

A prime example of this philosophy was the support of Andrzej Bargiel’s historic feat—the first-ever ski descent from Mount Everest without the use of supplemental oxygen. For Comarch, this event serves as a business metaphor: reaching the highest peaks through courage and professionalism.
Guided by the principle "Pushing boundaries for our clients," the company continues its expansion across five continents, delivering innovation wherever it is needed most.
