Comarch has obtained another permit to conduct business in the Kraków Special Economic Zone. The construction works of a new building SSE7 will commence soon. The office building will be part of the complex objects of the company in Cracow.

The new building, which is already commonly called "the seventh," will be built on a place of a former rabble parking, near the building SSE5. The office spaces will be located on the five floors above ground, and its total area will be about 27 thousand square meters. In addition, to the disposal of employees and visitors will be an underground parking for 157 cars and 86 places for bicycles. Anticipated completion date is dated on the 3rd quarter of 2017.

- In terms of an growing number of new projects, we have decided to expand Comarch campus and place another building in the special economic zone. It will improve our production capacity. The need for new investment also follows the increase in employment. Last year, the team of Comarch increased by more than 800 people, including a plan to take approx. 300 new employees - says Konrad Tarański, Vice President of Comarch SA.

The office spaces in SSE7 were designed in A-class, which offers the highest standard and technical equipment. In addition, the building has been designed with attention to the environment and ecology. On the roof of the building will be installed photovoltaic panels that will cover part of the electricity demand and possible resale of excess energy produced to the grid. The building was designed by Architectural Office Artur Jasinski & Partners and the general constructor is Budimex SA.
