Żaklina Pawlak-Iwińska brings 19 years of experience in strategic people management, gained across both the Polish market and the broader CSEE region. She specializes in strategic management, talent strategy development, HR operations, and organizational transformation within international environments. She also possesses extensive expertise in leading complex post-merger integration (M&A) processes and in Private Equity (PE). 

She joined Comarch from Nexi Group, where she served as HR Director for the CSEE region. Previously, she was a Board Member and HR Director at Polskie ePłatności and Przelewy24. Throughout her career, she has participated in over seven M&A processes, implemented advanced HR systems, and launched operational centers in Poland supporting the Nordics and DACH regions.

Beyond her managerial duties, she is also involved in board and advisory roles for organizations such as Przelewy24, Nexi Croatia, and BillBird. She holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Rzeszów and an Executive MBA from the Kozminski University.
