Jannis Roser holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from California International Business University. As part of his MBA program, he also completed specialized courses focused on Entrepreneurship and International Business at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

He is an entrepreneurial executive with a strong track record of driving growth across both scale-ups and established enterprises. As the CEE Sector Director at Comarch, he is responsible for leading strategic development across Europe, while simultaneously serving as the CEO of Comarch’s subsidiaries in France and the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Jannis specializes in B2B SaaS scaling, cloud transformation, and go-to-market leadership. Prior to joining Comarch, he served as VP Global New Business and VP Global Cloud Sales at Unit4  where he successfully spearheaded global transformation initiatives and was a key player in driving overall SaaS revenue to over 90%. His extensive business background also includes deep experience in the venture capital sector, having co-founded two VC firms, as well as serving as board member and strategic advisor.

He holds a strong passion for emerging technology and AI trends, and frequently dedicates his time to mentoring tech founders and leadership teams.
