- Janusz Filipiak holds 2,620,010 shares (32.54 % of the company’s share capital), which gave him 6,192,010 votes at the AGM and constituted 41.16 % of all votes at the AGM;
- Elżbieta Filipiak holds 846,000 shares (10.51 % of the company’s share capital), which gave her 4,230,000 votes at the AGM and constituted 28.12 % of all votes at the AGM;
- Customers of BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. hold 2,756,060 shares (34.23 % of the company’s share capital), which give 2,756,060 votes at AGM and constitute 18.32 % of the total number of votes at the AGM. These shares comprise shares held by BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (Investment Funds).
