What we provide?

Comarch CareMate is a digital caregiver set that is always at hand. The mobile application, combined with the WristBand, forms a modern solution dedicated to caregivers of children, as well as elderly and chronically ill people. The extended model can include 24/7 support from paramedics from the Comarch Remote Care Center.

What does the solution offer?

  • Remote viewing of data, e.g. viewing of the user’s exact location (via built-in GPS) to locate them quickly in an emergency
  • Monitoring the approximate heart rate and activity of the user (includes a pedometer, a sensor showing if the device is being worn)
  • Possibility to monitor multiple people and to install and share the application with multiple caregivers at the same time
  • Telephone calls to the wearer
  • Checking the level of charge of the device’s battery
  • Monitoring whether the bracelet is being worn (notification when it is taken off)
  • Emits important voice messages and notifications
  • Enables calling for help or consulting a paramedic (SOS button - allows automatic call to the caregiver)
