Comarch has been listed in the Gartner, Market Guide for CSP Customer Management and Experience Solutions report prepared by Juha Korhonen, Amresh Nandan, Chris Meering, and Susan Welsh de Grimaldo.
According to Gartner, among the areas that should be at the center of attention for CSPs are:
- Digitization of sales and support channels
- Support for new product types and business models
- Improvement of customer lifetime value
- Improvement of customer experience and engagement
- Improvement of CSP operational efficiency
- Modernization of different CM&X components and system architecture
Comarch has been mentioned in this Gartner report among 19 other representative suppliers that “represent a wide variety of solutions, offering different product portfolios, deployment/implementation approaches and focus areas for various segments of CSPs”.
