Comarch is mentioned in the report among eight competitive profiles of CM&X vendors in the BSS customer management and experience market. Gartner says “these five competitive trends reflect how different BSS CM&X vendors position themselves, what they invest in, how they address the different focus areas and how they compete:
- Vendors that focus on cloud-first and cloud-native CM&X solutions that are ready for cloud-native deployments.
- Vendors that primarily target helping CSPs expand into new segments, ecosystems, verticals and marketplaces.
- Vendors that help CSPs move to standard product and CSP lead customization using low-code/no-code technologies, open source components, local development and composable best-of-breed architecture.
- Current CM&X market leaders that focus on full-stack solutions, tight integration with network capabilities, high capacity and reliability while modernizing their solutions with cloud capabilities.”*
The report notes new emerging companies that aim to enhance CSPs’ capabilities for business growth, automation, or state-of-the-art digital self-care by accelerating business transformation with new technologies, sales and marketing capabilities.
