Comarch Listed in the 2022 Gartner® Market Guide for CSP Customer Management and Experience Solutions Report

February 2022, Poland – Kraków-based technology company Comarch has been included in 2022 Gartner®Market Guide for CSP Customer Management and Experience Solutions report.

We believe that Comarch’s strong position in the CM&X market, particularly in relation to its innovative and forward-looking Enterprise BSS and IoT Connect products, is the reason the company is in this Gartner report. 

Gartner defines “customer management and experience solutions as part of business support systems (BSS) solutions for CSPs and as commercial, off-the-shelf software solutions that address communications service providers requirements. This includes managing customer channels, customer information, incidents, products, pricing, quotes and offers, order and partner management.
