Comarch has been listed in the Gartner Market Guide report for CSP Revenue Management and Monetization Solutions. The report focuses on “a combination of digital experience and innovative products and business model requirements that are shaping CSPs’ revenue management and monetization capabilities. CSP CIOs must juggle multiple priorities with their partners to develop this core capability for a new growth agenda”.
An important element of the report , entitled "Market Guide for CSP Revenue Management and Monetization Solutions" and prepared by Amresh Nandan, Chris Meering and Juha Korhonen, is a section dedicated to the authors’ key findings. Thanks to the formulation of these conclusions, it was also possible to create recommendations for all units involved in cooperation with CSPs.
According to the Key findings of the report: “The pace of decision-making by communications service providers (CSPs) continues to be slow due to several priorities and challenges in revenue management capabilities, often one step at a time, avoiding large changes and focusing on specific outcomes.
- Suppliers of revenue management applications are increasingly focusing on capabilities and functionalities for B2B, B2B2X and partner-ecosystem-related use cases, cloud-native architecture and enabling monetization.
- Many CSP CIOs are focusing on consolidating revenue management applications into a single stack for various lines of business, in response to business support system (BSS) complexities, macroeconomic pressures and overall CSP growth challenges.”
