We are pleased to announce our participation in TM Forum’s renowned collaborative proof-of-concept Catalyst program focused on co-creating innovative solutions to important industry challenges leveraging key TM Forum best practices and standards.
Specifically, Comarch is participating in the AIOps autonomous service assurance project, which will be showcased alongside other projects at TM Forum’s interactive Catalyst Digital Showcase online on July 7 at 9:30 as a preview before the Digital Transformation World event set for October 07-09, and it’s virtual Digital Twin event scheduled to run online at the same time.
The AIOps autonomous service assurance project championed by LGU+ will take the use of AI in telecommunications assurance to a higher level by correlating potential network errors with predicted customer behavior and preventing dissatisfaction.
The project will demonstrate a pioneering solution and concrete AI-based use cases covering vital assurance processes, including:
- Automated problem detection
- Diagnosis and identification of root causes behind faults and bad customer experience
- Fault-fix automation
