KPN launched the project in order to build a solution able to support higher order intake, improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, shorten the time needed for customer implementation, reduce the number of KPN internal activities and cut costs. Comarch NGNP Implementation for E-Plus, Germany
E-Plus’ main goal in this project was to transform the processes and the organization. Existing network planning and rollout processes were very complex, with hundreds of workarounds for simple operations, not supported by the tools already in use. To secure ROI for the project E-Plus defined a list of business KPIs. These included two high-level business goals: increase of efficiency in planning and rollout by 50% and reducing time-to-market for new technologies to 3-6 months. Comarch helped E-Plus in a smooth transition from complex legacy architecture and processes into new lean approach for network planning, delivery and integration.

BSS Suite for Cable TV Operators at Multimedia Polska, Poland
Consolidation resulted in the requirement for a wave of data migration efforts from legacy Business Support Systems used by particular daughter-companies, to a single, central system capable of handling all regions and services under MMP’s jurisdiction. Resource & Service Inventory at Telekom Deutschland, Germany (former T - Mobile Germany)
Faced with the challenges of today’s telecommunications world, Telekom Deutschland was consolidating its OSS landscape using NGOSS principles. The Resource and Service Inventory (R&SI) is used to manage Customer facing Services, Resource facing Services and resources used for these services coming from different Inventory and Configuration Management systems. The Resource and Service Inventory system is also integrated with other OSS systems, such as Fault Management and Trouble Ticketing. The R&SI project is a crucial element of Telekom Deutschland’s strategy of migration towards next generation networks and OSS. This is the first step towards a self-organizing and self-optimizing network concept, which is a natural continuation of the R&SI project.

The implementation of Comarch Fault Management in Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa had solid business and technological justification. PTC required an easily configurable and extendable solution acting as an “umbrella” over a series of already implemented proprietary management systems. At the time of the project’s kick-off, PTC’s network consisted of more than 15,000 network elements of over 30 different types from different vendors. Auchan Telecom, France - new business launch in only 4 months
Auchan Telecom needed to extend its offer to mobile Internet service and selected Comarch to provide the Service Delivery Platform, which was to grant customers IP network access, depending on the real-time voucher account balance. Using HTTP and web services as main access tools, Comarch’s integration gateway (SOA) easily interfaced with the dedicated MNO that Auchan Telecom chose to collect IP traffic. The project was completed in only 4 months.
