Comarch will deliver its Convergent Billing tool to enable GTS Poland to improve its billing processes and to help with the launch of new services, faster.
GTS's need for a new billing solution was seen as essential to maintaining its leading market position by helping it to launch novel services more rapidly while improving the automation of its processes. Using this Comarch system will grant GTS a range of advanced capabilities, especially for marketing, finance and billing as well as IT departments. Furthermore, it will help to fulfill the requirements for system stability and compliance with industry standards.
