Service Fulfillment

Comarch Service Fulfillment automates the order delivery process and is a core module of a comprehensive solution – Comarch Next Generation Service Fulfillment. It enables you to introduce a component-based service creation process in your company, an idea based on the TMF SID CFS-RFS-R model, managed in the Comarch Service Catalog.

Using the data about services stored in the Service Inventory, Comarch Service Fulfillment triggers a dynamic fulfillment process, executed via Comarch OSS Process Management. The system employs a “service factory” concept, leading to dynamic orchestration of both external service platforms and network / resource-centric network or element management systems (EMS, NMS).  The process is then decomposed into sub-processes, corresponding to orders against service (or resource) factories. The orders are managed by the Service Order Management module.
