Comarch Network Inventory Management stores complete information about network resources management and presents live, historical and planning states of telecommunications/IT networks.

Telecom Network Inventory Management facilitates network resource management for multi-vendor, multi-domain networks. It manages RAN, transmission, core, fixed network domains and IT infrastructure. 


Network Inventory

The main components of Network Inventory Management are: 

Site Infrastructure Management

Site Infrastructure Management which allows locations to be modeled, room and rack space to be utilized, and power consumption to be measured.

Device Library

Device Library which stores multi-vendor and multi-technology devices, including all details such as dimensions, compatible cards, ports and layouts.

Physical and Logical Network

Physical and Logical Network modeling – storing devices, physical objects such as cabling and xDF structures, and logical structure including virtualized devices, multi-radio, smart antennas, etc.

Transmission Network

Transmission Network model containing microwaves, TDM (PDH, SDH), ethernet, DWDM and IP networks.


RAN modeling containing GSM, UMTS and LTE network modeling


Core Network model.

Fixed network

Fixed network modeling, including xDSL, FTTx, RFOG and GPON technologies.


GIS module presenting objects containing geometry from all modules mentioned above .


Reporting module allowing self-creation of many kinds and formats of reports.

The future-proof architecture of Network Inventory Management allows easy integration with innovative NFV/SDN environments and plays the role of Topology Manager.  

Comarch Network Inventory Management is integrated on top of both Oracle Database and Hadoop technology, which allows efficient data processing, analysis and reporting. 

Integrated Network Auto-discovery and Reconciliation enables stored information to be kept up to date with the changes occurring in the network. The auto-discovery tool enables new network elements to be added to the inventory database, existing network elements to be removed, and the inventory database to be updated to reflect changes to cards, ports or interfaces.
