The Gartner report ‘Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs’ states, “[The authors] rate solutions that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and other related functions.
