And of course they never know when they can meet the deliverer - who can concentrate if the deliverer can come at any minute?
We create a product using the Internet of things concept that can solve this problem. And even more - let’s illustrate our simple idea for fast-delivery product that can simplify communication between both sides and make the whole interaction fast. Let’s save your time!
Mr. Sandwich - a B2C project includes a few elements:
- the Observer app is a mobile application for smartphones that monitors specifically for the presence of any iBeacons. It should be installed on the Deliverer’s device.
- the Admin application - based on our cloud gamification called IsaaCloud. Application that enables the user to configure all events, game and notification conditions.
- the User app is a mobile application for smartphones that informs its user that the deliverer is near and shows the current menu.
Talking straight, let’s look at a real-life example:
We have Mark, the food deliverer - Mark has got his smartphone with him at all times. He installed our application a few days ago. He is close to the office and gets a notification from the external (outside the building) Beacon and later from the internal one. At the same time, the application sends an event to a communication cloud that Mr. Sandwich (Mark) is in the office. All employees of the office who installed the User app got information about Mark’s visit and his offer. Mark sold everything. He leaves and at the same time information is sent to customers so that no one in the office thinks that the deliverer is still on the premises.
In conclusion, Mr. Sandwich is a product that includes mobile applications integrated with iBeacons and IsaaCloud (our communication cloud) that act as both emitters and receivers.
