Comarch rolls out a new loyalty program for SAS
Scandinavian Airlines System, the leading airline within Scandinavia, has chosen the Comarch Loyalty Management to enrich its frequent flyer programs "EuroBonus" and “SAS Credits”. The project will focus on the implementation of various modules offered by Comarch: Comarch Loyalty Management – as a main part of loyalty administration, Comarch Customer Engagement and Comarch Smart Analytics.
Comarch Loyalty Management will provide a robust platform to handle over 4 million members of the “EuroBonus” loyalty program which is dedicated to individual customers. The new platform will be fully integrated with frequent flyer programs of 27 airlines, as a result of SAS`s membership in Star Alliance. The same modules will be delivered by Comarch to operate “SAS Credits”. This solution is specially designed to be used by small and medium-sized enterprises. Currently SAS Credits has almost 45,000 corporations in 20 markets globally.
Moreover, Comarch’s innovative and tailor-made loyalty program for SAS will gather and analyze a database of passengers who fly with Scandinavian airlines and create an effective market segmentation. Thanks to those data, the carrier can adapt its commercial offers to the needs of the clients.
