Comarch Contract Lifecycle Management is a cloud-based solution to improve contract management at each step of the document’s lifecycle. Support for the process starts from the creation of the document using predefined templates, through negotiations, when versioning keeps track of the changes and suppliers can change and comment on a document via the negotiation portal.

The built-in workflow mechanism using complex rules helps to improve the contract approval process, which not only speeds up the process but also increases security and reduces the risk to members of the board authorized to sign contracts. Thanks to e-signature, a contract can be signed without printing a single page.

The use of the Enterprise Content Management system in the Contract Management module allows the effective management of contracts and all related documents. All contracts are stored in a secure and unified register – a single, central repository, consisting of intelligent dossiers for vendors, contractors or projects. Contracts, depending on their type, have specific indices assigned, such as crucial deadlines or KPIs to be monitored. Thanks to this solution, the purchasing or accounting departments will be able to locate and verify the provisions of any agreement, quickly.

Contract Execution Management facilitates periodic performance checks of the most important contractual terms. With the use of Comarch Contract Lifecycle Management, the user receives notifications about an upcoming contract expiry, and workflow for exit or renewal of the contract can be triggered automatically in the system.
