To support these use cases, ACD utilizes the standard mechanisms provided by OSS Service Desk, i.e. checklists to propose the best possible actions required to solve an identified incident, problem or anomaly. ACD also monitors which actions have been selected by the operator, in order that the algorithm can gain additional training for implementation in future situations. The mechanism works like recommendations in your favourite online bookstore, but instead of books the system analyzes recovery actions available for the network and service operators.
