Comarch IoT Plant is a sophisticated facility dedicated to R&D, industrial design, rapid prototyping and low-volume production of electronic devices. We offer a wide range of high-quality products and guarantee top technical expertise as well as compliance with industry standards.
Comarch IoT Plant offers the innovative product line that allows for rapid short-series manufacturing with high line productivity of 45,000 cph, PCB laser marking and automatic solder paste printing with 2D inspection and on the fly inspection, and reflow soldering in 10 section reflow oven with or without nitrogen. The SMT line allows working on PCBs ranging from 50mm x 50 mm to 750mm x 550 mm and components ranging from 01005’’ to 120mm x 90mm and the height of 28mm. The plant has 20 workstations for manual soldering and assembly, semi-automatic wiring and automatic conformal coating equipment, a rework station with automatic component placement and ultrasonic PCB cleaner as well as high-quality inspection tools and stand-alone laser marker.
