The Management Board of Comarch S.A. announced that on the 16th of September, 2016, received a notice from the District Court for Krakow-Podgórze, the Fourth Division of the Land and Mortgage Register, dated the 8th of September, 2016, on registration of a mortgage with a value of EUR 16,665,800, i.e. PLN 71,866,262,76, as at the date of registration of the mortgage, established on the property owned by Comarch S.A. located in the Special Economic Zone in Krakow. The current book value of the real estate amounts to PLN 19,140,932,01.
The basis for registration of above mentioned mortgage is an investment credit agreement dated the 17th of May, 2016, concluded between a bank Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. and Comarch S.A., about which the Issuer informed in the current report No. RB-8-2016 dated the 17th of May, 2016. Value of the liability secured with the mortgage, i.e. the value of the credit, amounts to EUR 13,332,640, i.e. PLN 57,493,010,21 as at the date of registration of the mortgage. There is no relation between Comarch S.A., its managing or supervising persons and Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.
