RB-16-2019 List of shareholders with at least 5% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Comarch S.A.
According to art. 70 point 3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, The Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs that according to the list of shareholders participating in the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Comarch S.A. on June 26, 2019, Elżbieta Filipiak, Janusz Filipiak and MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny managed by MetLife PTE SA held at least 5% of the total number of votes at this Meeting, according to the details below:
1. Janusz Filipiak - 893,000 shares, of which 4,465,000 votes were cast at the AGM and constituted 41.51% of votes at the AGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company: 29.52%;
2. Elżbieta Filipiak - 846,000 shares, of which 4 230 000 votes were cast at the AGM and which constituted 39.32% of votes at the AGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company: 27.96%.
3. MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny managed by MetLife PTE SA - 1,000,000 shares of Comarch SA, of which 1,000,000 were votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company and accounted for 9.30% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders; share in the total number of votes of the Company: 5.56%.
Total number of votes resulting from all issued shares of Comarch S.A. is 15 126 949 votes. At the AGM on June 26, 2019, shareholders 10,766,775 votes participated, which is 71.11% of the total number of votes of the Company.
