Pursuant to the detailed principle number II.Z.11. included in the second part of the “Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies 2016”, Comarch S.A.’s Management Board reports that on the 21st of May, 2018 Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. passed the resolution no. 10/05/2018 in which projects of the resolutions at the AGM, to be held on the 27th of June, 2018, are given positive opinions. Projects of the resolutions were made public on the 21st of May, 2018 in current report no. RB-8-2018.
