Distribev Orbico – strategic partner of the Żywiec Group, distributor for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage producers such as CEDC, Stock, Brown Forman, Wyborowa Pernod Ricard and Carlsberg – has chosen a Comarch solution to support sales processes. Within the framework of this cooperation, Comarch implemented the solution from the group’s Sales Force Application together with the mobile application for sales representatives and call center employees.
The Comarch SFA solution will support the daily work of a sales team of nearly 450 managers, sales representatives and customer advisors, underpinning the daily activities of Poland’s largest beverage distribution network – Distribev Orbico.
Field Sales are an Asset
The dedicated sales model, unique in Poland, is implemented by a team of sales representatives and customer advisors who provide optimum service for clients. Distribev Orbico operates across all regions of Poland, actively selling and delivering products to retail and HoReCa customers. The organization’s infrastructure includes three central warehouses, 34 depots and 16 cross-docks.
With such an extensive distribution network, Distribev Orbico decided to start cooperation with Comarch in the area of sales processing, and implemented a solution from the group’s Sales Force Application.
“To improve the procurement process and better facilitate cooperation between its different departments, the company decided to implement the Comarch SFA Mobile Sales Force mobile application for 330 users, and integrated it fully with the Comarch SFA Online Sales Support modern web application, for more than 120 call center employees. Distribev has also developed a module for promotional orders and complaints. SFA systems have been integrated into the SAP client system,” says Justyna Włodarczyk, SFA Product Manager.
