Following the rule of letting everyone do what they know best, Comarch prepares a complete IT department for the customer, freeing them from the need of having their own hardware and infrastructure resources, as well as the related expenditure. The customer can then focus on its core business, leaving the responsibility for maintaining their information systems to Comarch engineers.
Under the Hosting service the customer receives a guarantee of business system availability through secure infrastructure and management services. Comarch also provides data restoration in the event of emergencies, guarantees access to the system for end users as well as a comprehensive package of administrative and maintenance services. All activities pertaining to the delivery of services, from the choice of solution to the installation of hardware, are performed by Comarch engineers - the customer's role is limited to the specification of requirements and acceptance of the solution.
