Comarch ECM

Comarch ECM is an Enterprise Content Management tool, which enables to control in a comprehensive way the company’s information capital stored in business documents. This universal tool makes it possible to intercept and archive any documents, work on such documents, and search for them in a secure way; it also guarantees support for business processes related to the documents.

 The platform’s flexibility enables, on the basis of configuration mechanisms, to build business modules and support specific business areas, such as financial, client or employee documents processing. Thanks to the Comarch ECM application, apart from increasing the safety level, access time to information is reduced, business processes are accelerated, and the quality of decisions which are a part of such processes is enhanced.

The platform was created as a result of fruitful Swiss and Polish cooperation. It is a continuation of the Infostore product range (almost 1000 installations), which has been known on the German, Austrian and Swiss market for the past 20 years, accompanied by 15 years of Comarch’s experience as a FileNet (later IBM FileNet) partner in Poland.
