Comarch Loyalty Management BP Poland has been adapted to work within the multipartner program PAYBACK. PAYBACK - a solution that conquered the West and could change the face of the Polish trade and services sector has been operating on the Polish market since the 16th of September, 2009.

With the new bonus program, consumers collect points by making purchases or using the services of many leading companies present on the Polish market, including BP Poland.
PAYBACK is a loyalty program, which includes many companies from different sectors engaged in retail and online trade, which means that consumers can accumulate points at each step in the course of everyday shopping. BP Poland has been conducting its own “BP Partnerclub” program since 2001in cooperation with Comarch which has provided Comarch Loyalty Management that is used to manage the comprehensive rewards program.

Under the contract, Comarch created an interface, allowing the transmission of online loyalty transactions generated in the BP Comarch Loyalty Management System used by PAYBACK. The balance of each multipartner program participant is stored there. The combination allows the import of participants’ personal data to Comarch Loyalty Management from the PAYBACK system as well as many other necessary changes, such as the possibility to migrate points from the old program to the new one and adapting the system to handle new card types, etc. It was also necessary to convert point balances in the accounts of participants in the old program, in order to adapt them to the point value of the PAYBACK program. Timely completion of adapting the system was extremely important because the start date of the new program could not be moved.

It is worth mentioning that cooperation with the Comarch and BP’s loyalty system network is developing in several other European countries - France, Great Britain, Germany and Spain, and the Comarch Loyalty Management system is already operating successfully in many companies in
