As a part of the long-term cooperation with Renault Poland, Comarch signed a contract with Renault Retail Group Warsaw Sp. z o.o., for outsourcing of IT infrastructure services in four locations in Warsaw.

Since the year 2000, Renault Poland has used WAN outsourcing and the ASP platform administration provided by Comarch, throughout all of Poland. Strong cooperation, professionalism and the ability to adapt IT processes to business requirements has resulted in the signing of another contract.

Comarch is responsible for conducting a detailed audit of the IT infrastructure and taking over responsibility for the overall management and maintenance of critical systems. The scope of services provided by Comarch includes the outsourcing of database management, LAN, end-user infrastructure and the maintenance of servers and specialized computers. Furthermore, it also includes IT infrastructure service, software management and the support of on-site personnel.
