Comarch Inc, the Chicago based subsidiary of a European forerunner in the IT solution provider industry, stands behind the successful re-launch of Enterprise Plus; the newly redesigned loyalty program of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The updated loyalty program was implemented by Comarch using Comarch Loyalty Management (CLM) – a product that offers a complex suite of loyalty marketing tools.

The new Enterprise Plus program will allow members to earn points they can redeem anytime on free rentals of any available vehicle throughout Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s network of more than 5,500 neighborhood and airport locations throughout North America, including the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Points do not expire as long as the member rents at least once every two years. On top of a dedicated phone number for expedited service and members-only check-in at participating locations, Enterprise Plus will also allow clients to rise to Silver, Gold or Platinum status to gain access to even more reward options until the end of the next program year. Each status level has its own unique set of benefits, such as bonus points and vehicle upgrades.

Comarch Loyalty Management results from years of development, strong customer feedback and demand for a world-class loyalty solution. This goes far beyond providing a standard application with basic functionalities; CLM offers flexibility, customizable features and scalability.

Comarch implemented new features while maintaining existing Enterprise Plus program functionality. Additionally, Enterprise will be able to utilize the system with minimal hardware investment as CLM is provided in a PaaS model where Comarch is set to maintain and host the provided hardware, software and services.
