Comarch to Sponsor Loyalty 2011

Comarch will sponsor and lead a workshop during Loyalty 2011 conference. The event, organized by Airline Business, will take place from February 21st through February 23rd, 201 in Fort Worth, Texas.

The agenda of Loyalty 2011 conference is centered on topics of frequent flyer programs, strategic partnerships and long term loyalty strategies. Discussions will be led within the context of the current challenging economic times.

On the first day of the event Comarch will lead a workshop titled, “Use the Information You Have! – The Role of Business Intelligence Tools in the Decision Making Process.” The main goal of the workshop is to present internal IT systems as gold mines of information necessary to effectively manage not only loyalty programs but also entire organizations. You will learn how to find, categorize, and evaluate raw data in the most efficient way through the use of Business Intelligence tools. Don’t worry, this does not mean you will be a mere listener; the workshop is built to encourage collaboration and brainstorming. An insightful case study of one of Comarch’s clients will also be discusses at the end of the 3 hour seminar
