Leroy Merlin

Leroy  Merlin  is  the  oldest  D.I.Y  chain  of  stores  selling a wide range of building, home improvement, decorating and gardening materials in poland. the first store was opened in 1996 in Piaseczno, near Warsaw. As of 2010 there are 38 Leroy Merlin stores in both large and medium sized cities throughout Poland. Leroy Merlin is also one of the biggest retail chains of building stores in Europe. Leroy Merlin is a part of GROUPE ADEO. Its company policy is to promote and support local suppliers and entrepreneurs.That is why over 80% of the goods offered in Leroy Merlin stores comes from Polish producers and distributors.

At the beginning of April 2008 the implementation of the Comarch Loyalty Management system in Leroy Merlin took place. The project was completed within 6 months and its goal was to create a system for an innovative loyalty program that will identify the group of Leroy Merlin’s most valuable customers.
