The complexity of this solution consisted of:ensuring adequate technical and system infrastructure (Comarch Data Center) in order to provide a hosted business application (Comarch‘s Banking Data Warehouse), and ensuring the availability set forth in the SLA as well as the security of operation subsequent provision by a qualified and experienced Comarch staff of a full range of services as well as administration support which is designed to ensure constant operational readiness. Provision of complete banking outsourcing services confirms the high level of services offered by Comarch.Under the hosting service, Comarch must take over from the outsourcer duties pertaining to maintenance of web sites, electronic mail, FTP as well as the database applications used by the customer.
