AHOLD Back Office Services (ABOS) provide central accounting and administration services for companies from the Ahold Group, operating in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovaka.
Before implementation of the new solutions all the invoices of AHOLD Central Europe were processed and stored locally. These processes were not supported by any information system such as electronic document repository/registry or paper document flow support system.

After the Comarch ECM implementation, ABOS processes approximately 200,000 cost and goods invoices per month. System, by managing the operation of several hundred people, ensures management of financial document workflow from receipt of the document to its posting in the ERP system.
