Responsibility. Comarch takes contractual responsibility for every project from its beginning to its very end. We understand that telecom operators do not only need a setup package, they need it to be integrated within their existing IT environment that already includes systems and components derived from various vendors and home-grown. They also need to redesign certain business processes, as well as secure complete data migration and overall system performance.
Flexibility. After the project is launched we are there to solve all the possible system maintenance issues, to ensure necessary technical support either through one of our local offices or over the phone. We train the customer’s employees on system usage and make sure they make the best of it. And, what is important, we deliver all system upgrades and improvements in a flexible manner – the solution develops itself together with the operator’s business in a given area.
Accuracy. Comarch also cooperates with third-party companies as integration and technology partners in the project – either ones who have already signed as Comarch partners or ones selected by the operator. We are always looking for an optimal solution for our customers.
