Comarch InterPartner Billing

Comarch InterPartner Billing enables you to exchange settlements and invoices, and share revenue or costs with other service providers. It also helps you to make the most of your relations with business partners. The system enables you to handle any service type (including voice, data, premium, content), in any business model (including enabling, reselling, wholesale), for any kind of relationship with national and multi-national partners. And all this is possible using a single platform. Comarch InterPartner Billing is a set of comprehensive tools covering the following areas:

  • Revenue Sharing enables funds or costs to be shared accurately with many different service providers and partners; it can be also used to offer retail products in the wholesale model
  • Interconnect Billing is designed for interworking and managing interconnect settlements with partners; it enables agreements and partners to be managed, with advanced rating settlements reconciliation and least-cost routing
  • Roaming Billing includes inbound and outbound roaming billing. Both are fully supported in terms of roaming settlements and roaming processes of TAP and RAP exchange, revenue assurance, partner tariffs and product definition
  • Wholesale Settlements is dedicated to carriers, giving them support in wholesale-specific business processes with advanced, high performance billing, management of bilateral agreements, routing optimization, integrated trading functionality, and automatic network configuration management. It also supports dispute management and reconciliation processes

All listed domains can be supported by the single instance of Comarch InterPartner Billing, or can be deployed separately.

Comarch Partner Relationship Management 

Comarch Partner Relationship Management supports service providers in complex relationships with partners / suppliers and provides core features such as agreements management, workflow processes, regulated services support (BSA, LLU, WLR), dispute management, orders handling, SLA auditing and managed communication channels.

The system is extensively integrated with Comarch InterPartner Billing.

Features & functionalities:

  • Managing partner-related workflow processes such as task management, order management, complaint management etc.
  • Managing partner accounts with access to a full history of changes.
  • Agreement Management including: creating agreements from templates, supervising the agreement negotiation process, SLA auditing with real-time alarming / reporting
  • Settlement Management including report templates, monitoring report statuses and exchanging reports with partners.
  • Receivables Audit with debt collection (including defined reminders) and performing audits on operator dues.
  • Order Management is also built in but the system can be integrated with an external OM system if required by the operator
  • Integration with partners’ IT systems including e-documents exchange and SOA interfaces
