Comarch Fault Management is the ultimate solution to ongoing fault issues within an operator's networks. The system monitors all existing elements of the network, displays and efficiently tracks alarms.

This allows users to manage potentially debilitating network problems quickly and effectively. Its flexible and extensive range of features assists operators in detecting and solving issues that are at the root of network faults.

Main components of Comarch Fault Management solution are:

  • Object Repository – main database storing all alarm related data for use by other components
  • Correlation Service – carries out filtration and intelligent correlation of events detected in the network
  • Mediation Platform – responsible for events collection and pre-filtration task, gathers events from the external devices and performs format translation
  • Comarch OSS Console – provides unified GUI interface;
  • System Repository and Configuration – supervises and controls all the components and subsystems, responsible for storing configuration of all subsystems and for verifying integrity of the system
  • Authentication Service – authenticates users and provides users and privileges management
  • Notification and Escalation Service – handles notifications and escalations
  • Reporting Service – generates charts and reports
