Pawel Lamik, Product Manager in the Telecommunications Business Unit will give a presentation during the ETIS Billing Working Group Meeting, on the 2nd of December in Berlin, Germany.

The presentation will cover case studies based on recent BSS implementations for mobile operators in Western Europe solely serving business/enterprise customers. Each case study will include a basic description of the business model, services offered and information regarding how an enterprise web self-service solution can affect business relationships.

- Innovative telco startups are not only able to offer new services based on novel communication technologies, but also know-how regarding ways to turn customer self-service into a competitive advantage. By exposing their enterprise customers and partners to advanced tools, these operators enable a business model transformation which starts with blurring the boundaries between customer and partner. What comes next? – asks Pawel Lamik, Product Manager, Telecommunications Business Unit, Comarch SA.

The ETIS Billing Working Group will be hosted in Berlin on the 2nd of December in conjunction with the IIR Next Generation Billing Conference hosted at the Kempinski Hotel Bristol in Berlin. The focus of the meeting will be to share knowledge and experiences of the latest Billing challenges, opportunities and strategies as well as the main business drivers influencing your billing environment. This meeting will cover topics like Alternative Business & Billing models, Quality & Revenue in the Billing Value Chain, Monetizing Services, Cost control, Billing partnerships and of course the ETIS Electronic Billing Standards.
