Comarch's offering for telecoms reinforces its ranking and the rating of "Strong" it has received from Gartner’s Dataquest Insight: Operations Support System Market Overview and Strategic Scorecard for Vendors, 2009.

This report offers guidance to CSPs with respect to strategic OSS vendor sourcing decisions.
Gartner evaluated global vendors based on the scope of their products or services, market understanding, offering, geographic & sales strategies, market responsiveness as well as track record and general viability. These evaluations include the scope of the product suite, solution scalability, professional services capabilities, transformation expertise, partnerships and customer track record. The overall score is a summary of the scores of the individual criteria. Twelve vendors were evaluated in the Operations Support Systems (OSS) report.
Comarch has increased its position to “strong” in the following categories: “Offering (Product) Strategy” and “Overall Viability (Business Unit, Financial, Strategy and Organization)”. The first category assesses the vendor's approach to product development and delivery that emphasizes differentiation, functionality and methodology regarding current and future requirements. Viability includes an assessment of the overall organization's financial health, the financial and practical success of the business unit, and the likelihood of the individual business unit continuing to invest in the product, offer the product and advance the product.
Comarch has also improved its position in the Gartner BSS Market Report with an overall score of "Strong".
