Comarch Helps Hrvatski Telekom to Consolidate and Improve their OSS Landscape

Hrvatski Telekom, the leading provider of telecommunications services in Croatia, has selected Comarch as its preferred OSS vendor. Comarch will support the operator in realizing their strategy of providing customers in Croatia with the best service quality and further developing broadband access and related value added services. The Comarch OSS is expected to accelerate the introduction of all new convergent offers to the market, and to optimize service creation and fulfillment processes. The contract was signed in March and the implementation process is in progress.

The aim of the project is to consolidate Hrvatski Telekom’s OSS environment, built from a number of legacy systems, and to speed up service and product delivery. This OSS deployment includesNext Generation Service Fulfillment, Comarch Field Service Management and Comarch Network & Service Inventory. Next Generation Service Fulfilment and Field Service Management will allow optimization and automation of service fulfillment processes, at the same improving the time to market for convergent offers. The Network & Service Inventory will enable Hrvatski Telekom to utilize network resources to their full potential, boosting service innovation. The solution’s catalog-driven approach will allow introduction of new offers to the market in days rather than months, and comprehensive monitoring and reporting features enable continuous optimization of resources by swiftly detecting the main bottlenecks in service delivery and maintenance processes. Comarch OSS Fulfillment will also provide business benefits in the form of increased business efficiency and cost cutting.
