Networks 2010 is the 14th edition of the Networks symposia. The motto of this year’s event is: Networks for the e-Society. The conference will focus on network design and planning methods, in addition to the issues of routing, traffic flows and optimization that are necessary to deliver the promise of the Network of the Future.

  • Topic: Evolution of Performance Management systems - from network management to customer experience

The presentation will cover the transformation of IT systems from network assurance class, towards solutions for monitoring customer experience, telecom services and their quality. This is the first and most important step in introducing new services like M2M, with the use of new technologies (LTE). These services require fixed SLA rules and methods, for SLA monitoring and guaranteeing the offered quality.
