NAVO PGD will implement a new mobility solutions Comarch ECOD Agent 2.0

NAVO - Grupa Dystrybucyjna Spółka z o.o. (Polish Distribution Group Ltd.), a strategic partner, of Procter & Gamble, Master Distributor of Home & Body Care 3M, Electro P&G Full Service Distributor and Comarch SA signed an agreement to implement a new version of the mobility system Comarch ECOD Agent 2.0, and carry out its significant expansion. Implementation will be carried out in several stages. NAVO PGD is currently using an older version of the mobility system.

- Cooperation with the NAVO PGD on the mobility solution Sales Force Automation class has been going on for over 7 years. To this date our first-generation mobility solution has been used, which was tailored to the needs of NAVO PGD and integrated with their internal business management system - JD Edwards. Currently, a decision was made to migrate solutions to the new version of Comarch ECOD Agent 2.0, making it possible to realize a number of additional functionalities within the mobility system - says Jakub Frankiewicz, Product Manager, Comarch.

- Implementation of the new version of Comarch ECOD Agent 2.0 is divided into several stages. During the first we want to focus on good set up and mapping our business processes in this new solution, integrating with JD Edwards and on training all our members on the new system. Secondly, Comarch ECOD Agent 2.0 system will be improved with CRM functionality for our call-center team and integrated with the NAVO PGD online store operating in B2B intended to our customers. Thanks to this, Comarch ECOD Agent 2.0 will become a central and only tool in managing sales in our company - says Leszek Jodełka, IT Director at NAVO PGD.
