On the 26th of August 2011, Comarch signed an agreement with Main Office for Geodesy and Cartography. The tender concerns the construction and implementation of a teleinformation system within the TERYT2 project.
The value of the bid amounts to PLN 2.6 million. The project is cofinanced by the European Union from the Operational Programme – Innovative Economy for the years 2007-2013, within the “Information society – establishment of electronic administration”project. Until the 30th of June 2012 the project will be carried out.
The objective behind the TERYT2 project is to enable access, via the Internet, to the national registry of borders and territorial division of the country. Spatial range and office addresses will be added to integrated information from a variety of public registers.
Additionally, Comarch will prepare a special application within the teleinformation system that will allow users to keep a record of places, streets and addresses.
The results of the project will be available at www.geoportal.gov.pl and other public administration systems.
