Thanks Again won a Loyalty360 award for Best Use of Technology and Trends in Loyalty MarketingThanks Again®, boasting the world’s only airport-centric coalition loyalty program, took home a Loyalty360 Award for “Best Use of Technology and Trends in Loyalty Marketing” at Loyalty Expo 2015. Thanks Again has been using Comarch’s loyalty platform since 2013.

Thanks Again allows its members to earn airline miles or hotel points toward their preferred rewards programs automatically, just by using their payment cards. To join the program, members simply register their credit or debit cards (any American Express, MasterCard or Visa) with Thanks Again and choose their favorite rewards program. When using the registered cards with participating merchants – at over 150 airports and thousands of local businesses across the globe – members automatically earn miles or points, without any extra effort on their end.

Joining the coalition is just as simple for merchants: it doesn’t require any additional hardware or IT integration, and there are no changes or disruptions in their normal business procedures. To join, businesses simply need to agree to a merchant authorization form. A new merchant can be up and running within the Thanks Again network in less than three weeks, regardless of their existing merchant card processor or POS hardware/software.

"We are honored to have been selected as a finalist in the Technology and Trends category of the Loyalty360 Awards,” said Ed Puckhaber, President and COO of Thanks Again. “Our platform partner, Comarch, was instrumental in developing the specific technologies that caught the attention of the judges. Our trophy validates our position as a thought leader in the loyalty industry, which in turn will help to accelerate our global sales and growth initiatives."

Thanks Again is a global loyalty coalition brand seamlessly connecting members of the most popular rewards programs with merchants in airports as well as local businessesAs Thanks Again looks toward the future, the company is aiming to provide a seamless and rewarding travel experience for frequent travelers. The “paperless airport” is a concept that revolves around travelers using their mobile device to do everything while traveling: navigating around the airport, using prepayments for purchases, and integrating virtual currency.

Encouraging people to adopt new technologies is important in both travel and loyalty, and Thanks Again has identified that in a unique way. As the travel experience continues to evolve in an increasingly digital and online society, Thanks Again and Comarch will support the travelers of tomorrow with advanced technology and first-class loyalty solutions.
