In connection with the information publicised in the media on the 20th of July 2016 about the CBA visit at the headquarters of Comarch S.A., we announce that there is no operational proceedings carried out by the CBA against any of the Comarch Capital Group companies. To the best knowledge of the Management Board of Comarch S.A. the proceedings of CBA are of an explanatory nature and are connected with the case not related to the activity of the companies of Comarch Capital Group. The proceedings do not entail any operational and legal risks, as well as do not result in criminal or financial liability of the companies of Comarch Capital Group.
